Homemade surprise in the mail

My Bulgarian friend mom who lives in Kentucky sent us this awesome handmade blanket in a decorated package.
Lovely colors suitable for a nursery and spirals sewn into the fabric for a simple but effective detail.
I really do not want to think of the winter months, but once they are here, this will come in handy.
