I know where my ground beef came from.

It is truly wonderful to know the precise location of the farm that this pound of ground beef came from.
Since becoming a member at a local co-op that operates through online orders and delivers to my door called Udder Milk, I have felt that I can cook and enjoy it guilt free.
I know it is supporting a local farmer who lets it graze. I know it is a small farm. I know it is not killing Amazon natives through land seizing for giant corporate farms.
Knowing that changes the landscape of my cooking and eating on so many levels that I have to wonder... how could I possibly ever go to back a store and buy from the meat section? The comparison reveals the wide gap between the quality and conscience baggage that the two different products carry.
Oh, and did I mention that the owner of Udder Milk has the cutest style of passionate writing about his products versus the rest (corporate, organic):
.ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE SICK.
